U-Haul Moving & Storage at Whalley Ave

Today, December 28th, the two salesmen/ customer representatives were not wearing a mask the whole entire time I was there. No masks during a pendemic!!!! What are you thinking!

I returned my truck 15 mins before closing, before my scheduled return time, and the employee at the desk had me drop my keys in the after hours deposit box, probably because he didn't want to process a return near to closing. I didn't think much of it, then when reviewing my bill I saw I was charged a $20 after-hours return fee for his laziness. I contacted customer service and, after 20 mins on hold, they allegedly notified the management at this location who finalized the charge regardless WITH the $20 fee included. I called customer service again, and after 20 more minutes on hold the woman on the phone transferred me and the robo-voice simply said 'I'm sorry, we're experiencing difficulties.' and hung up on me. I highly recommend against this location, management is incompetent and the employees will cause you to be charged more due to laziness.

Truck had a Terrible smell of Marijuana that even after agent sprayed truck the scent was still noticable. So two Days Later I go to rent another truck they gave me the same truck with same Ordor noone take customers experience seriously!
