Both the men we worked with were absolutely wonderful. Hands down it was the best U haul experience I have ever had. You have some amazing employees.

The guy that helped me was nice, explained things clearly, helped get the car on the trailer by guiding us and even got out on his hands and knees and showed me how to hook up the chains to do it the right way. Sorry i cannot remember his name but you need more of him.

Beware. Fraudulent practices. They take reservations KNOWING they can't honor the reservation when you show up to complete the transaction. A waste of time, effort , and energy. My time is money.

Local move...equipment, packing supplies, service, and pickup/return process were excellent.

Rented a cargo van from UHaul in Syracuse NY. Aleasha was my customer rep and she was great! Explained every detail to my understanding. The van itself was perfect. I had the privilege of driving a brand new Ford Cargo Van with just 100 miles on it.
