I had a hitch mount installed on my Subaru Today. The front desk went above and beyond to help me. The fellow Christopher which did the installation was very professional and communicative. A great employee to say the least. I traveled a distance to this place and it was my 1st experience with them. Thank you

Everything went as smoothly as possible, from checking in to loading up my tow dolly. The employee was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and even helped me checked the psi in all my tires. This was my first time driving my RV with a tow dolly. He definitely deserves some kind of acknowledgement of his hard work..

Everything was easy about the whole process. Liked that I could reserve and do just about everything online.

great location to deal with

This place is an absolute joke. Second year in a row I reserved an auto transport 2 MONTHS in advance, 3 hours before pick up and I get a call they don’t have it… first they tell me they haven’t had one for a month! I was shocked, then he says the person that was supposed to drop it off didn’t… just lies… After an hour in the phone with corporate and the best option is to drive an hour away to pick one up and a 50.00 credit. At least last year I was credited half the cost of the reservation and the person on the phone was helpful and understanding. Lousy service, they spent most of the time complaining about how the location didn’t confirm the reservation, obviously that’s my fault. Do yourself a favor and rent from someone local.
