Rude, belligerent and horrible attitude is the best I can come up with. After patiently waiting for over 25 minutes to get a propane tank filled. Many customers were allowed to go ahead of me… when I asked when I’d be waited on, I was screamed at and reprimanded. Don’t waste your time on the large female representative at the desk who is supposed to be working. Stealing money is more like it.

Picking up truck was fast and easy, returning truck was even faster.

Turiq H. assisted me today with booking a one-way U-Haul Truck, secured 2 movers from Eternity Movers, and loaded a stack of 25 boxes into my car! He was engaging and gave thorough explanations of my options and the details I needed. It was a good experience!

Renting the truck was no problem. But when we went back to return the truck, the guy was very rude. Didn’t speak and was on his phone the whole time but kept telling us what was wrong with the truck. There was some dust I admit but the way that he was talking to us was not ok. Then had the nerve to ask the guy that I was with where he was from as if that mattered… The customer service here sucks…I definitely will NOT be renting again.
