If you like dealing with ignorance, then this is the place for you! My wife and I had a hitch installed on a 2016 Dodge journey SUV which costed $241.40. Approximately 2 weeks later I went to pick up a trailer which I had reserved. Once there I paid in full $67 and some change to find out that the wiring was not installed therefore, no wiring, no lights equals no trailer. They gave me the run-around for about a half an hour as to why it was not installed properly mostly trying to blame me. They said they could wire my hitch today but it would be an additional cost plus an hour of my time waiting. Due to this ignorance, my day was ruined and was not reimbursed. Having to wait days for that to happen.

My 26’ truck that I rented for a one way from VA to KS had a wheel bearing go bad amongst other major problems. Thankfully Trevis and his team had the parts needed to get us back on the road. Once the truck made it to their shop, they had it repaired in just under 50 minutes. Having to wait the majority of the day for the truck to make it to the shop from a tow, Trevis and his team went out of their way to give us regular updates on what was happening and went beyond what I would expect their normal scope of duty to make sure we were taken care of. I can’t thank this team enough for all of their help and getting us back on the road as quickly as possible while keeping our safety in mind.

Everyone I spoke to in the booking process was awesome. Jeff from Tenessee stood out as well as Michael from Head Office. The one challenge I had was that the rate that I was given changed and I was charged a higher rate for extra miles. I phoned Uhaul and they rectified the issue and refunded the extra charge. Their customer service was awesome and the whole process was quick and easy. I would use Uhaul again for my moving needs.
