The staff have always been fantastic to work with and the facility is kept very clean.

Negative stars. Made a reservation online and showed up on time only to find they CHANGED the reservation location with zero notification to us. The new location was 15 minutes away. I noticed they turned off their reviews - likely because this isn't the first time (nor will it be the last) that they've done this to their customers. I've been a u-haul customer for decades. Sadly, they lost me today and any possibility of a recommendation to others in the future.

The owner/manager Kevin, was very helpful. Him and his team made the experience very smooth, I will recommend this location on Alcoa Hwy. Great manager and very clean location. Easy to get to all storage locations and picking up/ returning equipment. Thank you to everyone at this location.

If I could leave no star I would.
Customers service was not informative, when it comes to drop off time they did not text to notify when supposed two.
I got charged 100 dollars for being one hours late.
Charge unessasary fees, be careful asked to fill the whole uhall up when we received it empty also got charged for that for only 3 days I got charged nearly 300 something dollars.
