Review:

Everything was great. The gentleman who helped me had the necessary tools to change out the ball on my hitch and an extension for the light plug. Everything worked first time and I was on my way. The only way to make it better would be to make it cheaper. I’m glad I had a credit card so I did not have to pay the extra $60 for not having a credit card. That seemed excessive to me but I was fortunate to not have that charge.
