I don't see anything to improve this is my favorite place to rent

The Absolute Best Team to work. They made it easy for me in such a time of need since the passing of my Beloved Sister who Memorial Service will be held on this coming Saturday. Thank goodness for an Honorable Manager who has an incredible Team working together to make sure their Customers are treated with respect and dignity. Keep up the Great ? work.

everything went smoothly and without issue. only complaint would be the cleanliness of the exterior of the cargo van.

needed a last minute rental for Labor Day weekend and this was one of the last places in town to grab a cargo van. originally had booked through Pasadena U-Haul but then dispatch was able to accommodate a last minute schedule change and redirected me to Altadena. check-in process was great and only took 15-minutes since I booked ahead of time. the check-out process was also quick and didn't take more than 5-minutes. they're open on almost all major holidays except for Christmas.

Logan is the best staff to work with. His staff under him are an exemplary example of how well to perform great customer service. I wouldn’t go with any other location for U-Haul rental properties other than Altadena!

I came in today for a storage unit and Logan was a huge help. The process was very quick and easy. Thank you.
