Every time I been to this location has always been Pleasant and the staff there has always been great I would definitely keep going to this location!

Extremely disappointing customer service experience. I cannot recommend this U-Haul location to anyone. A simple misunderstanding escalated unnecessarily when the General Manager, Joey, responded by threatening my friends and me with a trespass order. At no point were we rude or disrespectful—we simply needed brief access to the building to retrieve our keys so we could leave. However, because we did not have the 24-hour access package, we were denied entry, despite the fact that our only means of transportation was locked inside. Even after clearly explaining the situation, we were still told to leave and return at 5 AM—leaving us stranded at 11 PM. This level of inflexibility and lack of basic customer care is unacceptable
