I rented 2 vehicles, on two separate days, in a 2-3 week span. It is mid summer, incredibly hot, and the first vehicle they lent me had no AC. Later they told me that it had had several work order tickets, and they knew it had trouble, but still let it to me. The second vehicle I rented did not have the amount of gas they had marked, and the gas gage in the vehicle looks nothing like the gas gage on their paper. Both were at the first line before Full, which on the paper means past 7/8s ish and on the vehicle means 3/4s. Due to the paper having poor print so the numbers cannot be read, I messed up and thought they would be reliable on knowing what their vehicle had as far as gas (as it should be checked each return). I only drove 9 miles, as verified by employee, and althought the gas gage did not budge from what I picked it up at, they still charged me $20 for two gallons of gas and said I should have double checked better.
Additionally their car ports are both down (will be for over 5-7 weeks), so I was unable to transfer stuff in a temperature controlled environment, and it was not till I returned the vehicle that I was informed their is another car port around back if I need it in the future.
Their storage unit space is fine, but I think for the rest of my moves I will be finding a different rental truck company.
