Dock in the back for semi truck U-Box deliveries & pickups. (See the pictures) First park near the front of the store. Check in at the desk. Make sure no one is already using the dock in the back. Because if you head back there with another semi truck already back there then you both will be stuck.

I would rate 0 stars if that was an option. I showed up at 8:30, they open at 8:00, and had to wait in line until the individual that works the counter showed up to work. I had reserved a trailer to move from MI to Oklahoma. I dropped off the trailer at the uHaul at my new destination only to find out that the license on the trailer I recieved was supposed to be a different one, and that I was going to be charged double because the trailer was supposed to be returned to MI. After speaking with Brandon, who was not helpful, he was telling me to drive it back to MI so that I didn't have to pay double and was clearly NOT trying to resolve the situation. I made a customer complaint after calling the help desk and being transferred twice, and then recieved my 1st call from Brandon. After that conversation I attempted to call corporate and they just transferred me to customer service to go through the same co.plaint process again. Finally I was transferred to the Ann Arbor district office and after that conversation, the lady said she will be calling Brandon and then call me back. 2 days later I am still waiting on their call. I used the Uhaul app for this reservation which was a huge mistake.
