Another great rental experience from this location.

The new Manager has been quite helpful to me in sticky situations while I was bent on helping others but needed grace extended to me to do so.
This location has suffered a lot of changes during the busy times of year, in this college town the new management seemed to be learning the ropes and working with what their higher ups are giving them to work with. I have learned this from observing and being patient even when I have things to do and want to be first to be served and not have to wait.
Ive learned that the Old Fashioned Saying is True, Treat Others Like I Want To Be Treated/You Reap What You Sow. Funny thing I notice, when I Extend Grace to others Much more is Unexpectantly Extended to me.
Sometimes we need to show a little PATIENCE and also talk to people to gain an UNDERSTANDING like we would do in situations where we may know the people or PEOPLE TYPE more than others.
We could all benefit from a little unconditional LOVE instead of SELECTIVE acceptance when we feel that others are not measuring up to our standards each time, even when it may be irritating or frustrating. I certainly would not want to be on the receiving end of this type of Negativity. Yes, they should already have it together
but if they do not have it perfect, then maybe we in our PERFECTION should lend just even a tiny bit of grace. Im not perfect though, and neither do I secretly believe I am, are you or do you really think you are? Perfect

I have waited for 3 hours. That guy was super rude! Not sure why Truckers coming here, the UHaul must take action!

I've been A customer for years,but here lately, I have been renting storage units and trucks since August of last year. It has been a challenge for me considering I've had surgery on both hands and not enough dependable help for me deal with my things in storage. This location is always patient in accommodative when it comes to
making my payments and renting much needed equipment. Very professional.
