U-Haul Moving & Storage of Apopka

I picked up a one-way rental on a Wednesday. Terrence B was the gentleman who helped me check out the vehicle and he was very professional and friendly. He explained everything clearly and delivered a clean truck. Very good customer service experience.

This is one of the best locations by far!! Whenever I need a U-Haul, this is my preferred location. Outstanding and quick customer service! Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely horrible experience with both the staff and customer service. We rented a truck to do a move 45 minutes away but considered out of town, we explained ALL of our plans to them and even asked if we could take it to another location to drop off and was told yes! Flash forward to when we drop it off and then are telling us it's an additional $600 because it wasn't returned to the right location!!! Turns out the employee put it as an in town move and DIDN'T TELL US!!! After taking time off work to bring the truck back and $100 Uber later they are happy! Will never use this location or U-haul again.
