I have always had good experiences over the years with this UHaul location in Apple Valley. I have rented trucks on multiple occasions and had several storage units there. Helpful and attentive staff.

The Apple Valley, MN location was outstanding!
Every associate was incredibly helpful and welcoming, offering warm support as we adjusted to the frigid conditions after our arrival in Minnesota. Each team member went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, providing valuable guidance and assistance with unloading despite the harsh winter weather.
The level of customer service was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this store!
