U-Haul Moving & Storage of Apple Valley

The people work in this store, not friendly. They will not welcome you or helping you to get what you need very bad attitude special with this woman working there I’m not get her name. She’s have a very bad attitude absolutely not professional. I change my mind and I want somewhere else to rent a truck I’m looking for I can give them zero or if there are below zero I will never do business with them. If you don’t like your job change it if you don’t like what you do for a living move forward somewhere else but to acting like that you really will destroy the whole business I’m glad that I didn’t do any business with you guys

I was going to see if I can rent a small storage unit or Dolly with this U-Haul self-storage butt on the reading some of the negative comments I will never do so they seem to be prejudiced and much like some of the retail store locations if you're walking with a backpack they think you're homeless and treat you like you're a criminal I know some very nice homeless people that got their disability cut for a wrong reason I have to go live on the streets again I've helped two of them get their status back because government people make mistakes too but the broken seems to be run down facility in parking lot and denying people use of their facilities because of very slight stupid clerical errors or the girl that has a friend that didn't pay a bill or the man that was denied because he was just on his regular 3-mile walk is ridiculous. I hope he follows through with his lawsuit because harassment is illegal the same as my friend who was just walking through the Target parking lot to get a drink and beyond because homeless people get food cards and they buy things at all of these establishments the security patrol through a soda on him.I bought an RV and my son's fixing it up but I rent a room from my son I do not live in my RV at this time and plan on traveling as a seniors sporadically and I had the previous company that the target property had for their guards and the lady kept yelling at me you're homeless go away and I was ordering Target food every other day and yes some of it I would hand out cold bottles of water on hot days to people I didn't care if they were homeless or Rich and I see students watching from school but they harassed everybody that wasn't in a car but yet I saw the same cars under the trees with people sleeping in them and staying overnight! Prejudice and harassment is against the law
