Very nice employees. The place was clean. It's big and everything went just as it was supposed to.

Good amount of moving supplies, but it's overpriced.

Great experience overall. When I needed to keep the truck for a few more hours there was no issue or hassle.

The company's representative was very unprofessional. He cursed excessively and showed very little respect. Secondly, the vehicle gas cap was broken, and when we inspected it, we could not open it. Therefore, we had to change vehicles. The second vehicle ended up not working properly either. After my first stop, I could not get the truck to start up. After multiple attempts, it just wasn't working, so we finally called UHaul to let them know and the same gentleman that rented me the vehicle said you have to wiggle/jiggle the key around to get it to work. Why was i told this beforehand? SonSo, in essence, they rented me a broken vehicle. This caused me to lose time and affected my hours. No compensation or apologies were offered. Our pick-up and delivery times were not adjusted.
