Tell the customer to take pictures of everything. Including mileage and gas gauge. The mileage should have been 1 mile less then what it was and I went 25 miles and put three gallons of gas in. That makes gas mileage 8 miles per gallon instead of the ten it should be. Over and above the $10 I spent on gas I was charged an additional fee of $7 fuel charge. That means about five miles per gallon. I hauled a single 500 pound small upright piano. That’s all. I probably got charged additional fuel charges because I didn’t choose to pay the $15 bogus insurance charge. Oh, and the suspension was horrendous.

Claimed i didnt put in enough gas and charged me 36 dollars more.

Nice trucks. Very clean and the AC worked great. The app is terrible. I would just go there in person. Staff was super nice.
