I just wanted to get a trailer rented. I ended up with the most unruly and dismissive person I've ever encountered. He said he had been working there for 7 years, and then someone's not paying attention. People, please, I beg of you do not accept horrible customer service!

Great customer service, very kind & professional people to work with. Got a clean truck for my move. Overall outstanding service and I highly recommend the Pineville location!

Excellent customer service from employees at this location made the drop off of my U-Haul a pleasant and smooth experience. Very nice people working at this location. I had some questions regarding the online checkout and the employees were happy and helpful in assisting with my return. In the future if I am in need of U-haul services, I will plan to revisit this location.
