U-Haul Moving & Storage of Barstow

I reserved this trailer on-line for my son to move. I had to enter credit card information but was not able to use the credit card when he picked up the trailer because the card was not physically there. I am 5,000 miles away from this location. I even spoke to the clerk on the phone and was still not able to charge this trailer. I think that is a big issue the U-Haul needs to address. If it wasn't for this fact, the rating would be higher.

Barstow Location is a nice location with clean well maintained trucks and storage units. Staff all professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the options to choose from. My only suggestion is a broom be kept in the back of the trucks to sweep out truck after use!
