I reserved and paid for a pick up truck for two weeks when I went to pick up the truck at 4 o’clock like they asked the truck was not there. They said the person ran it before me did not bring it back so they gave me a van I went back the next day and told him I wanted something smaller so they gave me a bigger pick up truck with a box on the back, I did not like driving either one of these because all the blind spots. I called Customer Service that evening and had him leave a message that when the truck came back I wanted to be able to get it the next day. I went in and asked them if I could get the truck. They told me they had just run it out 20 minutes ago it will be gone for a couple hours and I said well I can wait and they said well. Somebody has already reserved it for Monday for the whole week, nobody seems to care if I got a vehicle or not I did not receive the $50 for them not having the right vehicle when I got there all in all just a very negative experience

Sloppy they lied, did the paper incorrect, and not complete also tried to over charge by 100 dollars once we brought the truck back they also tried telling us that the truck was less than a half tank thank goodness i had taken a picture of the gas hand before we left just a terrible experience
