U-Haul Moving & Storage of Beavercreek

Good location & very convenient! Which was a plus! I did reserve a truck for Sunday morning due to I had a few things I needed go pickup . My aunt was in the process of selling her sister,s house due to an untimely death. I had to get the idems out quickly. This location was a win for me. I didn’t have to waste time trying to find a truck . They had exactly what I needed. It worked out well!

Unfortunately, it was a big waste of money because the door for the bed of the Uhaul was frozen shut. Therefore, the Uhaul was unusable.

We experienced a small snafu when picking up our rental truck before opening hours but both Liz and Abigail went above and beyond to help us and correct it! They provided amazingly kind and generous customer service. They were a joy to work with - highly recommended renting from them at this location!

Quick, professional, pleasant service as always. I've done business with this location on and off for 12 years and have never had a bad experience, very happy customer.
