U-Haul Moving & Storage of Beavercreek

I needed a smaller 15 ft U-haul truck for my personal moving needs & this U-haul location in Beavercreek, Ohio fulfilled my moving needs very well! No issues from my 4-day rental of my U-haul truck. I also used their 'Moving Help' services to make my moving quite a bit easier too! Picking up my rental truck was pretty easy, the lady was helpful indeed. This was a local move for me. When I turned in my rental truck 4 days later, the 2 young ladies [Abby & another nice young lady] did the inspection of my rental truck at turn-in time very well indeed!! Their staff is excellent and very customer-focused! I'd highly using the U-haul location in Beavercreek, Ohio for your storage and moving needs. Their truck/trailer selections are a little less compared to larger U-haul locations, but in my case, they had the right-sized truck and supplies easily for my moving needs. 5 solid stars!!

The guy who wanted on us was extremely rude was NOT very helpful whatsoever. Very unprofessional I will not return to this office. After getting assigned to a truck my husband noticed that the breaks were metal to metal BEFORE leaving the parking lot, he had gone back inside to let him know and the man told my husband word for word 'that is not my problem.'
Is this how we do things these days? Rude and unprofessional? How do you allow your employees that you have employed treat customer like this? I own a business, and this would not be tolerated whatsoever. Us needing this truck for the few hours we needed it will be something that will be happening a lot I will go to a different location and pay extra for a larger truck if what I need is not available at a different location before I ever have to not only experience the rudeness from your employee or even have to deal with the disrespect that was given from your employee.

Helped us a ton when the trailer that our car was attached to damaged the vehicle due to the location we left from attaching it incorrectly. We appreciate you.

My husband and our family moved all the way from Florida to Ohio and upon arrival had issues getting our car off the tow dolly. Abbey the manager went above and beyond, literally down on hands and knees with us to detach the car. She was so professional and kind it turned a terrible situation into a happy one.
Shawna was incredibly nice too!

If not for her I may have broken down in tears! This location is clean, friendly and professional, I recommend them 100%!!
