The manager the guy that works there the bald-headed dude has such a bad attitude he talks like he's from the street like ghetto higher more professional people the girl was okay she did her job she was sweet but the man was completely passive-aggressive talk with the street attitude the whole time the white dude over there was very unhelpful and didn't really care much to help either

Doesn’t reimburse for 2 points extra gas at return but charged me for extra 15 miles also i have returned truck 1 day ahead

They charge you extra charges so they can pocket the money and U-Haul was in bad shape. It was dirty and had engine troubles. It would make weird noises and would randomly speed up and stop.

Walked in at 9:10 am on Friday 10/11/2024 asking for propane refill. Both guys looked at me and said, We will be out there shortly. 20 minutes go by and the manager walks outside and tells us his system is down. Wasted time. Don’t recommend.
