Bad customer service , had a bad experience won’t go back there again , manager and a lady Shannon they need to go , I won’t rent a U-Haul again ,

Everything was great. The 2 employees there today were very helpful and I would definitely go back to this location just for the customer service we received.

Customer service at this location is the absolute worse! I was turned away for propane at 130 in the afternoon, the guy claimed they were doing a shift change in 30 mins and couldn't do it. Worst excuse I've ever heard. Went down the street 10 mins to another location and they were super helpful, I was in and out in 5 mins. Don't do business at this location!!

I didn’t think to catch the name of the gentleman who just opened the store after I got there late and helped me carry 15 large boxes out to my car. But you seriously helped me - I was having really, REALLY rough week and your kindness kept me from losing it crying in the lot. Thank you, you are an angel.
