This place is a joke. They have NO idea what they’re doing. They lied to me and cost me a 3 day delay for my trip! The WORST experience I’ve ever had dealing with any business. I’ll be reaching out to Mr Soehn the CEO to make him aware of the extremely poor service I received at this Bellwood location. If ZERO stars was an option that’s what they would get. HORRIBLE. Avoid this location & save yourself from the aggravation & frustration!!!

I would like to say that Mr Larry Graham deserves a five star for customer care. I was sitting in the gas station overwhelmed crying my eyes out. I have no family in Illinois to help me. My husband walk out on me in the middle of nowhere for another woman and I was devastated. I had to unload a huge truck by myself and my boys were 12 hrs away.LARRY Graham sincerely walked to my uhaul vehicle and ask me to explain my hurt. After a conversation with this angel of god, He stated that he worked a long day he and he was tired but it wouldn’t sit right with him if he let me like this. Not only did he give me his word, the gentleman helped with no complaints, to drive 37mins out of his way, to assist me. So In return all he asked to do was just leave him an appreciation review and tell my friends and family to always shop with him if in need of uhaul service. I felt like he was robbed and My heart couldn’t leave him with nothing so I stashed some cash under his seat and this guy called me back before he drove off and stated he put the money back under my welcome Matt. An lord In behold it was all there. God bless that young king and may you continue too be that beautiful person inside and out Mr. Larry Graham…

Where do I start? I got to the location as I pulled the truck up to unload and drop off, as I was pulling into the lot I noticed a woman was SLEEPING in one of the rentals, I didn’t think much of it, maybe it was a customer who was tired from moving all day. I go inside the store lobby and I’m waiting for 15min, my friends and I were the only ones there. Eventually I go back outside and the woman who was sleeping in the truck doesn’t greet me but says they’re closing at 4pm, It’s 3:45 pm & door says 5pm close.She rudely replies “it’s Sunday we close at 4!” Proceeds to reluctantly help me,a paying customer.. All in all, rude heavyset woman with glasses who was sleep in a rental truck when I arrived was next to no help, absolute worst experience ever with a UHAUL location. NEVER dealing with this location again.

TL;DR. Heavyset rude woman angry she’s woken from nap to do her job.
