Brian gave me the worst service ever. Said he would decline me the rental if I did not have the van back at 9am on the return date. I asked if there was any way of getting a few more hours to get it back. He said he has the right to deny my rental if he thinks I will not have it back at 9am on specified date. Was rather rude so he got a rude comment back at the end of conversation. I wish uhaul would check who they have checking reservations. Could have lied and not returned it on the correct date. Honesty with Brian canceled the $500 reservation and I will never use this company again. Thank you for the insight of who you hire

Absolutely terrible service. Very unprofessional. It took over an hour for these employees to finally attach our trailer and get the paperwork done. They were absolutely clueless. Not to mention half the trailer lights were out.... If I could give it a zero I would.

Never answer phone n transfer u to a foreign call center. If you're 'lucky' enough to reach them be prepared for very rude service

The staff was professional, courteous and quick

I got a Tow Receiver/wiring harness installed on my vehicle today by Eric. He did a wonderful job, was very courteous and helpful. I will be sure to let others know where to go to get their receivers installed in the future. Competitive pricing and it looks great. Thanks Eric!
