U-Haul Moving & Storage of Binghamton

The guy at Binghamton u haul was great, but the woman when I returned the truck 2 Oneonta said my gas level was not what it should be, which is not so and charged my debit and extra 13$ without notifying me first, I belief I filled it 2 the spot I picked it up at, and she said it was just a 'nitch' off!!! A 'nitch'doesnt cost 14 $. Disappointed ?

Staff are pleasant and over all it's clean.

Very, very poor experience. Unit was infested with rats, with rat dropping everywhere. HORRIBLE manager, Jose need demotion or training, on customer service or road safety. Reservation was cancelled without even letting me know though I was only 40 mins behind, truck missing gas cap and if I didn't point it out that's how they would let me leave the lot, major safety concern, no one walked around the vehicle with me, no instruction on basic operation, where documentation for vehicle was along with the fact that I was informed that if I didn't return the vehicle before the 24 hrs. I am paying for I would be responsible for $250 in charges. I worked and managed rental facilities and vehicle location in the past and based off interaction with manager Jose he is clueless to customer service and safety requirements. Def never using this service again. Enterprise truck rental all the way.
