Review:
Please save your time and DO NOT go here!!! They are so unprofessional. I booked my reservation by calling the store 2 weeks ago.
They told me all I would need to pay is $65. I showed up to pick up my uhaul and was told that I needed to pay a $160 down payment on top of the $65. I only needed it for a few hours and was only driving 20 miles total and that’s including driving it to and front the store. When I told him that I wasn’t told any of them, he basically told me that he doesn’t know what to tell me but that I needed to pay it.
I also paid for a dolly…. and then he told me that they didn’t have any but still charged me for it.
When I was done with the uhaul, I filled it back up with gas to where the guy told me to. Then after I dropped it off, they had charged me ANOTHER $40 and when I called, they told me it was because I didn’t fill it back up. He told me to fill it back up to a quarter tank because that’s where it was when we picked it up, and they told me that we apparently didn’t even fill it back up to the bottom line. I filled it up to half a tank instead of the quart of a tank to be generous!!!! I have never dealt with such disrespectful people.

Review:
Make sure not to leave anything valuable in your truck or van rental. You wont get it back, unless youre lucky. Accidently left an expensive pair of sunglasses on the dash..so not a big fan of the staff here.
The truck we rented is awful in the winter with the bald tires& no 4x4 but it has bluetooth & a backup camera so that was nice.
The van was alright. 2 wheel drive but better tires. Nice to have access to something in a pinch.
Just very disgusted with the dishonest staff.

The dude with a lisp is an absolute fool, the guy was mimicking me to other employees and was all around rude do not recommend going there at all. I would leave a 0 star rating if I could. Do not recommend going there at all that place is not friendly to customers
