Pick-up was smooth and quick. Drop off was easier. It was snowing both days , but there was a safe walkway to get in and out. Nice work guys!

The customer service at this location is top notch. I had a great experience and the team working was awesome during what probably pretty stressful for them (uhaul systems were not working.)

I’m honestly surprised by the low rating here. We rented a 12x8 trailer last weekend for a move from the other side of the metro, and the experience was great. Even though we ran into a few hiccups with our hitch size (completely our fault), Tanner went above and beyond to help us out. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. If I were the manager, I’d be giving him a raise to make sure he sticks around! Highly recommend this location based on our experience.

I really love the new upgraded vans y'all have. It makes moving more comfortable in many ways. The staff there were also really nice and helpful.
