Jonathan and the other gentleman (drives silver F250) has alway been incredibly helpful and friendly. I had to go out of town for several months to take care of my father that was terminal. They extended the same kindness and respect to my wife when she’d come up there. The move out process as well as getting one way equipment was super easy. Gave me all the information upfront and incredibly helpful in all ways. Hands down the best uhaul facility I’ve interacted with.

Called to make sure they could fill propane tank on my RV and they told me after 3. Showed up at 3:30 and they could not fill it. Second time this has happened at Bloomsburg, PA location. Luckily Hellers Gas can fill your RV. Bloomsburg PA U-haul might as well close shop!

Review:
You can't ever reach anyone to talk too. They look at the phone ringing and let it go straight to an automated system which is simular to the system PayPal and Ebay use to avoid any human interaction. Nonetheless, they NEVER answer the phone at the Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania location. Then your told (via automated recording)they are so busy the waiting period will be a half hour or more. My observation is Uhaul is a company that's obviously too busy to conduct any business. ?
