Worked at a U-Haul some years ago during a time I was back in college full time, working and living on a farm. I needed a tow dolly and a truck to pull it. I was limited to Bloomsburg as I didn't want to walk ten miles. I had to rent truck, much larger than necessary ( used a U-Haul pick-up and dolly prior) because the clerk said a pick-up won't do it. After getting the truck ? I had to drive to the next town to get the transport, no tow dolly. After driving 80 miles to pick up the vehicle, I got it loaded, dropped of my friend that had the vehicle stowed at a town the other side of Harrisburg and drove home, dropped the van, drove to drop transport and then on to bloom to drop the oversized, underpowered truck before going home. Why wouldn't U-Haul in Bloomsburg have a tow dolly brought to Bloom to make it easier for me? Don't have the foggiest. They had plenty of time and it was standard procedure when I worked there. Kudos to U-Haul in slabtown. They couldn't have been more helpful and informative and next time I have need of a vehicle I'll travel that extra few miles.
Great customer service and great prices I love you U-haul thank you very much U-haul
My inlaws have been trying to get a hitch for their truck from this place for several months. The people inside are absolute zero help, the worst customer service you can possibly imagine. Try to call them and even a 800 number for uhaul (to talk to anyone from God knows where) and that is just as useless as every person that works here. This is the absolutely worst uhaul place I have ever come across. This is one of those places that should receive multiple negative stars instead of 1 positive star. Avoid this place at all cost and go anywhere else. I'm honestly surprised that this place is still in business.
Doesn't matter what time of the day I call can't seem to get a human on the phone. Why do you have a phone number if you can't be reached at it?
Client rented a trailer for 2 days. Got to location to pick it up and was told it was only for 6 hours.
