Great customer service! Renting a U-Haul was quick and easy!

Michelle was of great help ! She was running the place on her own today but it still went smoothly. Very friendly.

Michelle was fabulous. I actually arrived early while she had other customers to help. I was still buckled in and in my way in just a few minutes.

The Boone location is very active, especially in the summer, but the staff there handle it so well and efficiently while keeping it so friendly and helpful. The person that helped me in the morning of Aug 5th (I think her name was Lindsey) was fantastic!

Staff at drop-off location was fantastic and friendly. Got me in and out quickly.
