Horrible experience. This location makes you illegally park half a mile down the road up a steep hill at Caldwell community college, risking a ticket/tow, and walk across a busy street back to location to get the truck, and upon drop off walk all the way back to your car. Threatened they would “come find me” if I didn’t drop truck back off at this location. Also blew up my phone all day wondering when I would come pick up the truck, even though I had it reserved for the whole day. I was an hour late to pick up the truck, which is normal for U-haul. Would not recommend this location. I was informed of the parking situation AFTER paying for it. Immediately got a refund and went to new location.

We 'reserved' a van on Monday 7/22/24. We received an email confirming our reservation. On Wednesday 7/24/2024 telling us that our reservation would not be honored because of a lack of vehicles. No apology was offered and no options were offered. There is no point in making a 'reservation' if they can simply cancel at any time and provide poor customer service upon cancelation by them. We strongly advise that you to instead go with Penske.

upon arrival there were computer problems. they called another office in town to complete the pick up. we hooked up the trailer while that was going on and I was looking it over and noticed the tires were bad. one tire bald, the other one actually had the metal coming through the tire. He thank me for catching that. I shouldn't of had to. Do they not inspect their own equipment upon receiving it? The trailer is was suppose to get was a 5 x8. no where close was another of same size or larger. he sent me to another location where i picked up a 4 x 8. I asked if a mattes and box spring would fit in this and they said yes, as long as it is not a king. it only fits at an angle, not standing up. i was not happy with this as it severely limits the space. the only other thing you can get in is a few small boxes. I never thought I would have to specify in my question about fitting standing up. It should be made clear that mattresses will only fit in at an angle in this size trailer.
