Dixie was awesome. She was nice when my husband checked in and then he ended up needing more help and she helped fix the situation.

Review:
Really disappointing experience. I rented a 26' Van online from them and from the moment I arrived, I seemed to be a nuisance to them. They rushed me into the van, rushed to hook up the trailer, and never did a walk around of the truck with me (not sure if thats standard). The Van itself was dirty, and the steering wheel had a dried sticky soda on it. After loading the truck, I also noticed the main wheel hub assembly was leaking fluid. Turns out this is very dangerous and can lead to the axel seizing on the road...
Basically, this was missed on the checkout of the vehicle and could have saved me having to call mobile maintenance, disrupting all my moving plans. I would recommend going somewhere else. These folks don't seem to care whether you are set up for success while you have your home goods in their truck.
