U-Haul Moving & Storage of Bozeman

I had a Hitch installation scheduled. Paid in full prior to service, including $208 installation/labor fees. Day of the installation I got a text from an employee at this location informing me that the installer called in sick.
I contacted Uhaul customer service and they got my installation switched to Butte but I had to go to this location to get the hitch and all the parts with it to take with me to Butte. I only had to pay a separate labor fee. I was informed I would get a refund for my labor charge for the Bozeman location.
I gave it a few days and contacted customer service to see if it has been initiated yet and it wasn't. I was informed that a manager has to initiate it. I called the location and got the managers cell phone number and I sent them a text. 4 days later my text is still not read.

Great location. Has all your rental equipment, moving supplies, hitches, propane and climate controlled storage.

I bought a trailer tongue from this location, and they installed a ball on it for me at the time of purchase. It turned out I did not need the hitch and went back to return it on the same day. They told me it could not be returned because the ball had been installed on it.

I picked up a trailer and the worker didn’t put it on correctly and I almost had an accident on the freeway. Trailer came off the hitch and started to fishtail. Called Uhaul before they closed to let them know what happened and told me they couldn’t help me cause they were about to close. Guy on the phone didn’t give me his name and told

We have had to come here a number of times due to issues with our personal trailers. They have always been very helpful, accommodating and friendly our experience renting the U-haul trucks from them has been the same. Thank you!!!
