I help a friend with a tough situation and we had to move in a short period of time. Carmen was amazing, so patient with everyone she was dealing with. Excellent at making sure I had what needed. Terrell so helpful! Especially when I packed my coat, phone, keys and wallet into the unit near closing. He could not have been more helpful or nice. I didn’t get to meet Ashley but if this is any reflection on her leadership as GM she must be awesome too. Thank you! I highly recommend this U-Haul.
