U-Haul Moving & Storage of Broadway Plaza

My partner and I moved from Brighton to Malden and this U-Haul location made everything so easy. Our new lease started during the dreaded September 1st madness that is the Boston rental market, and so we moved our big things into a storage unit here for 10 days, then on September 2nd we withdrew our things from storage and moved in to our new apartment. Bonnie and her staff are EXCELLENT and they made the move so much easier. I highly recommend this place!

Classic Bait & Switch - Tried calling several times before move in date, but they never answered. Showed up with my online reservation for small unit at $30/month. Sorry, we don't have that unit available, would you like a larger $90 unit instead? No, thanks! Had great service down the road at Public Storage in Peabody.

Just rent from Home Depot or Lowes and avoid the price gouging.
