Less waiting because when I drop the van it is only one person working and I had to wait with 4 other customers for 20 minutes,nobody at the desk.That was awful.I wonder what happened.When I pick up the Van in the morning it’s the same thing.You can not run a business with one person to serve you.What happens if the person is diabetic and falls anytime in the store.You guys need to care more about your customers.The wait is too long.

Very convenient place if you don’t have a car, you can catch the bus there just dealing with times on when the buses start and stop customer service. Excellent need more hands on deck to alleviate stress on the job to perform even better to the customers.

Today I had to rent a van and the person who helped me was named Teddy. Even though he usually doesn’t work in the front he was very helpful and made my process easy and simple. There were a couple of technical problems with the reservation and payment but he definitely made sure to answer any questions I had while we waited for someone to assist us. I appreciated the amazing customer service. 10/10

Make sure the truck is cleaned out. I was given a truck that smelled terrible. It had a super strong cigarette odor coming from it, so bad I had to stop and get a spray for the odor because it was so bad. I would have to give it another shot before recommending to somebody else.
