Hidden charges- literally was charged 10X what I expected and refuse to refund- absolutely dishonest and the definition of highway robbery in the modern era.

It was fast and easy and the return was easy as well. It's has been a great experience. I expect in the future as U-Haul has renters information on file, why taking pictures of the renter etc... and you already have my ID on file. just show up your license and update it if nesessary that's it. sorry if i'm wrong about renters information on file. and i think keeping those information is ok, it will make the process faster for the next rental. Thanks
