This location will wreck you on the fine print. Every nickel and dime humanly possible, regardless of fairness and fault. Not the end of the world, but I’m done with the location. They’ve got stuff available for a reason

If I could give this location zero stars I would, they told us we could rent after hours and made us was wait a whole hour for the verification process then when we got the approval we had to search all around the building for the U-Haul that was parked in the most redundant spot ever we spend an extra 20 minutes looking for the dang key while on hold with customer support when she finally answered the phone she had told us we couldn’t rent the truck after hours and sent us to a whole different location where we could rent the truck after hours it was further away and we had to pay for more miles the best she could do was get us a U-Haul with 5 more feet now we will be moving stuff all night long thanks U-Haul, thanks a lot…
