Worst people ever scammers tell u flat rate them charge u extra for miles horrible people

U-haul of Bozeman told me last minute the trailer I reserved isn’t available and I’d have to drive to Butte to go get it. This was an inconvenience and Bozeman U-haul were rude to me and refused to offer the $50 reservation guarantee. I called U-haul of Butte and Russ was very understanding and managed to get someone to drive the trailer to Bozeman so I wouldn’t have to go out there. It’s nice to see someone who works for U-Haul to be so nice and respectful and go out of their way to make a customer happy. I can’t say the same about Bozeman, especially Talisha.

Easy access, excellent service and clean equipment. Our truck was clean and warming up when we got there on a cold morning. The app worked well to go through the truck at the beginning and end of our use. Very happy we chose uhaul.

Horrible customer service! I will never be a customer again after all the problems we had to deal with, all over them not keeping there world. They all of a sudden are charging me for things I was told was resolved and that I was all good, until I try to empty my unit. They just want money and they will lock up the storage units and hold your property for any little reason.
The staff have bad communication between there fellow co workers and don't keep there word.
