I didn't have any issues, polite and courteous employees. Had the trailer I needed for the day, had it hooked up in no time and I had no issues.

The team at this site is great: helpful and informative. They take the time to review the contract and answer any questions. Matt St. Pier, the GM, is especially helpful and considerate.

Review:
This was my 3rd visit to this location. 2 one direction drop offs and 1 local round trip rental. This is my go to location in this area. Staff is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will be using this location soon for a 4th visit on a one way drop off, and am looking forward to it.

Review:
Still sitting in the parking lot at 10AM waiting on the manager who never showed up to open at 9am. The employee in the parking lot apparently can’t run the computer so we can’t get our moving truck.

The staff here was super helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service was great at pickup and drop off. Quick and easy, would recommend this location!
