Matt at Uhaul was awesome. We were coordinating back and forth with a mutual customer and he went above and beyond to fix a slight issue for us that arose during the process. Would highly recommend Uhaul in Canton. A big thank you to Matt and the rest of the staff!

Only one person working. I get that. Just waited like 45 min. to return a key. So I thought I'd write a review. Way to slow and not professional

Dave and another employee from the Potsdam location went over and above to help us with our rental. They were kind, persistent, honest and worked on the problem until we had a great solution. We cannot thank them enough. We would highly recommend using this facility or the one in Potsdam.

Recently rented a 9' Cargo Van and am overall very satisfied with the service. The owner was the one who got me all checked in, and he was super friendly and personable. He made sure to outline what the charges included and what it didn't, and took the time to go over things like insurance. Had no problems with the van while in use.

Tips: If you'll be doing a lot of driving, use the mileage estimator (or if that doesn't work Google Maps or something to get a good idea of how many miles you'll be driving)

Also for the cargo van the insurance is MANDATORY, not optional. When you check in online it says it's optional but that turned out not to be the case because the vans are leased. It's not a large fee ($10), but it'd be nice to know that right away.

Checking in for an after-hours return is... a very, involved, process. Make sure you have a few minutes to do it. It will ask you to take a lot of pictures, including ones that you've already taken. Of course there's no way around this, so I just mention this so that you know what's in store.

Still, a great experience and would definitely use them again!
