U-Haul Moving & Storage of Canton

They like to take money from the customer. They claim you don't put fuel back where it was and charge you extra for it. Trucks are not maintained the way they should be. We rented a 26 ft. truck and it pulled to one side. Did not run that well either.

Miserable experience.
I was at this location Canton, NY route 11 uhaul about 2 years ago on a very cold winter day to rent truck
It was peak of pandemic as well. I made reservation in advance and went to get truck.
Took it home and realized I could not open the door where one would load cargo. What use it a truck
if I cannot open door and load stuff?
I took it back to location and asked for another. I was given another truck that was filthy and unclean.
The truck was just returned probably by another customer and it was just filthy.

There was dirt, mud and ice all over truck and inside was even worse.
I found used face masks lying on seat (remember, this was pandemic time) empty bottles and left over food, some trash and stains everywhere.
obviously, it was not cleaned and was given to me.
And the worst part, when I asked for it to be cleaned, I got an unwelcome look and unfriendly attitude. I have never seen such unprofessional uhaul service so far, I have rented in several cities in different states, not like this.
Will think twice before going back to this location again. There are few more options in this area, will try them instead.
