Everything was great the male representative who assisted me was friendly and helpful. I did not catch his name but he definitely went above and beyond when it came to helping. I used the van for maybe an hour but will definitely consider U-Haul in the future for any more long term needs.

Highly recommend Mackenzie L. she was very informative & helpful explaining my one way tow trailer rental. She took her time explaining exactly how to use the trailer taking into consideration how long of a drive I had to make. She goes Above & Beyond to give you a great, light hearted, efficient experience. One I won’t forget
