U-Haul Moving & Storage of Cape Girardeau

Mackenzie L was extremely helpful at the counter today with helping me set up my Cargo Van rental. Very thorough and humorous while explaining the process and what to expect. She even went above and beyond by swiping snow off of the vehicle after I stated that I could do it myself, a true display of customer service ?

Service was bad. The guy was acting a lil rascist with my fiance who is Hispanic. The truck seemed like it had a few problems and was left on empty with gas. Tried to charge my card for unnecessary things without my knowledge. I definitely Won’t be using them ever again. Really my rating is no stars but can’t post my review without rating.

The manager is a wonderful guy with a helpful attitude. He helped me figure out what equipment would be best for me and even connected me with guys who did the heavy lifting for me. I'm grateful and would recommend this U-Haul place to anyone.

Jessie L. At counter was great. Van they gave me had been cleaned but it had a awful smell inside that made my wife and I sick at our stomach. The driver seat was wet and I rode around all morning with a wet butt. I told Jessie when i returned and he apologized and i said please Don't give me that one again
I rented another van for next week hope they don't try to give me that one again. Time will tell. Got new van. It is clean and no smell. All is good. Thanks Jessie
