The manager was really nice and she didn’t over charge me! She was very friendly and chatty! Which is a good thing! Loves those who love to talk to me!! Good customer service and recommend renting a U-Haul and such!!!

I've rented throughout the Chicago area, the western suburbs of the Chicago area, even in Marion Illinois, and this U-Haul facility in Carbondale Illinois is hands down THE BEST experience that I've ever had. From the ease of the online reservation to the pleasant confirmation phone, the clean safe facility for the pick up with an upgrade instantly for more room, to the comfortable drop off.

Unprofessional I've been waiting on my refund and still waiting when it was told to me weeks ago that it was going back on my card and here it still not on my card for something I didn't do I will never go to you guys again I'll by my own truck ?

The manager (lady, early 40s), personally cleaned the truck. when I asked a question about the cab, she saw that it “didn’t meet [her] standards” and cleaned both the cab and the back (hauling area). She even gave me an extra blanket pack. Seriously, she was great. The area may seem a little scary at night, because it is so empty in the area, but there are cameras everywhere. Very satisfied customer.
