I use this Uhaul frequently and have only ever had one issue which was addressed and rectified immediately. I spoke to the sweet ladies running customer service and my concerns were addressed the same day by management at no inconvenience to me. Most importantly, they were pleasant and polite about the entire experience- they always are! Plus they always have all the stuff I forget I need to have when it's time for a move! I highly recommend them to everyone I know and will always be a repeat customer for rentals and storage needs!

Review:
Brad Murphy the after hours GM, is not a help manager. They do not till you you have to sign up for 24/7 access, even though it says 24/7. You can only you have access from 7am-10pm. When moving can go beyond those hours.
