I want to start with the handling of treating customers with quality service. Mrs. Morgan 'The Manager' of the place should take classes on how to treat a Customer and unfortunately because of her, her job depends on us. You should take classes on how to treat customers well, make their lives easier, not more complicated. You are unprofessional, rude, do not listen and abuse your power and retaliate without calling the Customer before taking any action against those of us who have storage on site. I started having 4 storage on site and paying a lot of money for you to play against you. Owners of the place validate the treatment of your employees to the Customer because they really don't know how to look for alternatives and don't know how to treat a Customer. 'Morgan' learn to listen! if anything happens to my 2 storages I hold you responsible for what happens to them!

I’m not sure of her name, I should have asked, but she was beyond helpful. Did everything in her power to make our storage rental and truck rental smooth. So friendly and helpful!
