Completely outstanding experience! Fast check out. Trailer was attached professionally and promptly. Return was even better. Dropped the trailer, went inside and in less than a minute my receipt was in my email inbox! I rented on a Saturday morning and was expecting a much longer hassle filled experience. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Your customer service was off the charts! Way to go Carol Stream U-Haul!
